How reliable is the data?
Importer rankings and volume estimates are generated using our proprietary estimation methods and should be used as directional commercial intelligence. Each importer includes a confidence indicator so you know the strength of each data point. If you're in the industry, the top importers and their sourcing origins in our free preview should already be familiar to you — use that as your benchmark. Note that volume figures reflect the reporting period in our dataset, which may lag shipment or contract dates by one to two months.
How often is the data updated?
Reports are refreshed when new underlying trade records are incorporated into our dataset. For the current year, reports reflect year-to-date coverage through the latest available reporting period.
What format is the report?

The preview data doesn't match what I expected
While no dataset is perfect, apparent discrepancies often reflect how Thai business groups operate — through multiple legal entities that share procurement. A company you expect to be large may appear as several smaller entities in the data. The full report includes company names and tax IDs to help you identify these related groups.

Do you have data before 2020?
Our historical reports cover 2020 onward, which we find most relevant for current market analysis. Standard reports cover the latest full year. Earlier data may be available on request — contact us with your requirements.
Can I get a refund?
Because these are digital data products, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by applicable law. Each product page includes a preview so you can review sample content before purchase. If you believe there is a material issue with your file, contact us and we will review it.
