1. Overview

TradeScope Asia ("we", "us") provides digital trade intelligence reports available for purchase and download through tradescopeasia.com. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

Our products are downloadable CSV data files containing modeled estimates of Thailand import activity. All figures are derived estimates produced by proprietary analysis and are not official government values. Data should be used as directional commercial intelligence.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

4. Delivery

After successful payment, your report is available for immediate download and a copy is sent to the email address provided during checkout. In rare cases, email delivery may be delayed by a few minutes due to processing.

5. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital data files, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by applicable law. Each product page includes a free preview so you can assess the data before purchasing. If you believe there is a material defect in your file, contact us and we will review it.

6. License and Usage

Each purchase grants a single-organization license for internal business use. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly republish the data in whole or in part. You may use the data to inform your own business decisions, create internal reports, and support sales activities.

7. Data Accuracy and Disclaimer

Our reports contain modeled estimates derived from publicly available trade data, not verified facts. All data is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis for informational purposes only. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and completeness.

The data does not constitute professional, financial, legal, or trade advisory services. You are solely responsible for evaluating the data, interpreting it in the context of your own business, and verifying information independently before making any decisions. We do not guarantee that the data reflects current market conditions, and past import patterns may not indicate future activity.

8. Intellectual Property

All data, analysis, and content on tradescopeasia.com is the intellectual property of TradeScope Asia. Our proprietary methodology, data collection processes, and estimation models are trade secrets.

9. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to process your purchase: email address and optional business name. Payment processing is handled by Stripe under their own privacy policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradeScope Asia and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill — arising from or related to your use of, reliance on, or inability to use our data products, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You acknowledge that trade data is inherently imprecise and that business decisions involve risk. You agree not to hold TradeScope Asia responsible for any outcomes resulting from your interpretation or application of the data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Force Majeure

TradeScope Asia shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to infrastructure outages, third-party service disruptions, natural disasters, or governmental actions.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms for future purchases.
